Together they offer over 78 years of experience in the development industry. Each company specializes in providing a complete array of land development, construction, and property management services. Together they have formulated River Park Place, L.L.C., a new residential development firm that specializes in urban redevelopment.

Plote Construction Inc., incorporated in 1964, with its corporate headquarters in Elgin, has been doing general contracting, site development, road construction, sewer, and utility installation for over 40 years throughout the Chicagoland area. Many of Plote's customers are developers of residential communities, business parks, commercial centers, as well as state and local governments.

Par Development, Inc., incorporated in 1989, has grown into a multi-dimensional company. Its primary focus is on property acquisition and residential developments. Notable examples in its portfolio of development are the prestigious Boulder Ridge Country Club in Lake in the Hills, Bull Valley Greens in Woodstock, and the Coves Subdivision in Algonquin.

REPCO was established in 1981 as an entity that would develop, build, and manage property as needed. The property management grew successfully which created the need for its own identity. Rental Systems, L.L.C. currently manages over one million square feet. Included in its portfolio are industrial, office, warehouse, commercial, and residential units.
